Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order for the next 12 hours after you have confirmed the order. After that, we'll start processing your order and prepare package for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately not at the moment. Our team is trying to provide free delivery for our customers as soon as possible, under certain conditions.
Products such as snapback hats, trucker hats, baseball hats, visors, backpacks, jewelry, mugs, stickers, pillow with stuffing, posters, framed posters, canvas, bean bag cases, keychains and pet tags, water bottles, notebooks, and blankets will ship separately from others due to packaging differences. So if you don't receive all your products at once, please don't panic. Each package has a tracking number and you can follow your package 24/7. If you need help, feel free to contact us.
